The website located at plocamium.com (the “Site”) is a copyrighted work belonging to Plocamium Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access and use of the Site are governed by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
PLEASE NOTE: SECTION 10.2 CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. IT REQUIRES THAT MOST DISPUTES BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 10.2 CAREFULLY.
1.1 Account Creation. To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
1.2 Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.1 License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Restrictions. You may not: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Site; (b) modify or create derivative works; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) interfere with the Site’s security.
2.3 Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
3.1 Definition. “User Content” includes any material you submit to the Site. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your User Content.
3.2 Acceptable Use Policy. You may not post content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or violates intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plocamium Holdings LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
We may terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason.

10.1 Arbitration Agreement. Except for certain types of disputes, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court.
10.2 Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive participation in class actions.
11.1 AI-Generated Content. Certain content on the Site, including but not limited to daily intelligence narratives, entity network insights, article drafts, and social media posts, is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems (Amazon Bedrock, Claude AI). While we review AI-generated content for accuracy, we do not guarantee that such content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
11.2 Not Investment Advice. Entity momentum scores, cluster assignments, network visualizations, and intelligence insights presented on the Site are machine-generated outputs based on publicly available news data. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or an endorsement of any entity. You should not rely on any content on the Site as a basis for making investment decisions.
11.3 ML Model Outputs. Proprietary machine learning model outputs, including but not limited to entity momentum scores, sector clustering assignments, and Rising Entities rankings, are the intellectual property of Plocamium Holdings LLC. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from these outputs without our prior written consent.
11.4 No Warranty on AI Accuracy. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content or ML model outputs. Entity classifications, momentum scores, and cluster assignments may change without notice as models are retrained.
13.1 AI-Generated Content. Content published through the Intelligence Network, including articles, entity dossiers, daily insight cards, and social posts, is produced using large language models and machine learning. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Plocamium Holdings does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
13.2 Not Investment Advice. The Plocamium Signal Index (PSI), entity scores, link predictions, sector rotation data, watchlist alerts, and all intelligence outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy, sell, or hold any security. PSI scores reflect narrative disruption patterns derived from public news sources, not fundamental valuations, earnings forecasts, or price predictions. Past signal behavior does not predict future outcomes. Recipients should conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.
13.3 Conflict Disclosure. Plocamium Holdings, its affiliates, principals, and employees may hold positions in entities referenced in intelligence outputs. Coverage and scoring decisions are driven by quantitative models, not commercial relationships.
13.4 Subscriber Data. Intelligence Pro subscribers ($249/mo) provide name, email, and payment information via Stripe. Subscriber watchlists, sector preferences, and portal access tokens are stored in encrypted databases. Subscriber data is used solely to deliver the intelligence product and is not sold or shared with third parties. Upon cancellation, account data is retained for 90 days, then deleted.
13.5 API Terms. The PSI API endpoint is available to Intelligence Pro subscribers. API access is for the subscriber’s internal use only. Redistribution, resale, or systematic scraping of API data is prohibited. Plocamium reserves the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these terms.
